The school was established and registered in the network of schools of the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic in 1999 as a Business Academy with accredited study programs providing a level of education equivalent to full secondary vocational education.

In 2001, the first graduation exams were held in a two-year post-secondary qualification program in Social and Legal Work. With the gradual expansion of education to include additional study programs, alongside the fields of Economics and Organization, Trade, and Services, new programs in the areas of Law and Pedagogy were introduced. As a result, the school changed its name to the Private Secondary Vocational School on September 1, 2005.
