Youth exchange 'Chillmakers - A journey of healing through art' aimed at young people who wanted to meet their peers and participate in a unique experience based on art therapy. It was not only an opportunity to learn about new cultures and build friendships but also a space for reflection on their own lives, emotions, and daily challenges.

Participants had the opportunity to share their experiences related to stress and tension in their daily lives. In an open and supportive atmosphere, they tried to better understand the factors affecting their well-being and how different cultures dealt with similar difficulties. They then explored the concept of art therapy.

A key element of the exchange was the art therapy workshops prepared by the participants themselves. This gave each participant a chance not only to try different methods of self-expression through art but also to co-create and shape the program. It helped participants understand themselves better, develop creativity, and build self-confidence.

The exchange was not only a creative but also an empowering experience, helping participants build mental resilience and cope with stress more effectively in the future.
