The training course Timetable Crafting Lab has been prepared by the HEureka Generator Association to jointly work with our organization members and our Polish and international partners on better preparing daily schedules for international youth exchanges and training courses. The main meeting held in a given country is often a key stage of the project – its quality largely determines the success and high standard of the implemented activities. Common mistakes made at this stage include: lack of proper integration of participants; weak team-building; poor implementation of the main topic; missing daily reflection or organizing it wrongly; insufficient evaluation at the end of the meeting. It happens sometimes... We all go through it…
During our Training course, we will present best practices and also discuss the harmful effects of ineffective approaches. Participants will learn how to create a proper activity timetable, avoiding random and problematic situations – all based on 20 years of experience of the course trainers and facilitators. The course will be enriched by study visits, an educational tools fair, and a case study module.

The training course is implemented under the Erasmus+ accreditation of the HEureka Generator association in the field of "Youth".
