Thanks to the training course, we have prepared a large group of people in a relatively short time to act as a group leader at international youth exchanges.

That strengthened the possibilities of our organizations related to the effective preparation of groups to participate in exchanges and made many problems related to exchanges disappear or will be solved by well-prepared leaders.

We also ensured the development of skills and raised the qualifications of people who decided to take another step in the development of their skills related to active participation in international projects.

The project also enabled the exchange of experiences between organizations in the field of preparing leaders for youth projects and their impact on the final results of the projects.

The main activity in the project was carried out in the COVID-19 world, which meant that we had to make every effort to ensure that it took place in conditions that were safe for us and our partners. Before the joint meeting, the participants made SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR tests, during the meeting, we followed the recommendations of the Sanitary Inspectorate, we had a separate work space that was not accessible to people from outside and we did not leave the center during the training course.

Our work and good communication with partners resulted in the safe conduct of the meeting.

Unfortunately, our partners from Spain and Turkey were unable to join us this time due to COVID-19 restrictions in their countries. Nevertheless, we thank them for their commitment and good communication in the project. We are sure that we will work together in the future.
