The theater game UNFROZEN FACTORY was played during the training course titled “UnFrozen Spotlights 3.0 – Winter Theater Games TC,” which took place from 28 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 in Motycz Leśny near Lublin. The scenario of the game was prepared and tested by the participants of the meeting themselves, allowing them to apply and verify the skills they had previously developed during the workshops. The game was set in a seemingly fairy-tale world of elves, gnomes, and reindeer. Despite the fantastical setting, the reality of the game reflected the conditions of a corporation: low wages, worker exploitation, and the threat of selling the company that produces gifts for children.

The game engaged people interested in using theater methods in their activities related to non-formal education at both the local and international level. The training course brought together participants from Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Sint Maarten, Turkey, Ukraine, Portugal, Lithuania, and Georgia. The training course was organised by the HEureka Generator Association within the framework of the Erasmus+ accreditation in the field of Youth.
