'Projects are not falling from the sky' is the title of our 6-month long international project for youth workers, coordinators of international youth exchanges, representatives of formal and non-formal education.
We invited non-governmental organizations from Poland, Lithuania, Romania, North Macedonia, Croatia, Estonia, Cyprus and Slovakia to participate in the project. In the HEureka’s group there was also a representative of our local partner, C.K. Of Norwid Secondary School, Mr. Leszek Kluch
European organizations shared their experience of properly involving young people in their activities, presented situations in which young people were selected when the project was ready and what the qualitative difference was in both cases.
We conducted project activities from May 15, 2019 to November 14, 2019.

During the main meeting of the project, which took place in Poland, the participants met with young people who created international youth exchanges together with the HEureka Generator association and with over 250 students of the C.K. Norwid Secondary School in Krasnystaw, who want to be actively involved in our activities in 2020.
The group also visited Zamość, where we presented the specifics of our local work and, as usual, presented the charms of our Old Town.

Thanks to our seminar, we presented how to actively involve young people in activities at every stage of project work. Through such activities, young people gain incomparably greater experience.
