My place on Earth - we are waiting for the results!

The ORLEN Foundation has completed recruitment for the third edition of the grant program for local communities 'My place on Earth'. Non-governmental organizations and local government institutions from all over Poland could submit applications for funding ideas for activities in their small homelands.

The ORLEN Foundation will award grants for the implementation of projects related to: ecology, health, sport, safety, culture nature, protection of animals or sustainable development.

The association HEureka Generator was preparing its own project.

Here is a brief description of it:

Young people associated with our organization will take part in a training that will prepare them to independently conduct 'living history lessons'. Participants will be responsible for preparing the meeting structure, recording interviews and transcription. They will take part in meetings promoting the results (with Zamość city authorities, media, schools). The expert will work with us in preparing seniors, conducting an instructional interview and editing publications. 20 organizations from outside Poland will take part in the promotion of the publication.

The list of organizations that will receive the grant will be published by April 30 on the website of the Fund. Keep your fingers crossed!
