HEureka is a partner of the project

The HEureka Generator Association is a Polish partner in a project proposal being prepared by our Croatian partner, the organization BRODOTO from Zagreb.
This proposal has been prepared as part of the "Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values" (CERV) program. The call for proposals focuses on Memory of the Holocaust, genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.
The "Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values" programme aims to protect and promote rights and values enshrined in EU treaties and the Charter of Fundamental Rights, particularly by supporting civil society organizations in activities at the local, regional, national, and transnational levels.
The project title is "Awakening Remembrance: Unearthing the Human Experience of the Holocaust".
The project aims to preserve and honor the memories and experiences of those affected by the Holocaust. Through the exploration of personal stories, art, and historical contexts, the project seeks to raise awareness and deepen understanding of this dark chapter in history, ensuring that its lessons continue to resonate with future generations.
If the project is accepted by the grantor, the task of the Heureka Generator Association will be to showcase our experiences related to the "Living History Lesson" method, organize conference related to the theme, and workshops for seniors and youth, as well as support the activities of the organizer from Croatia and other partners from Lithuania and Italy.
We would like to thank our Croatian partner for inviting us to participate and keep our fingers crossed for this project proposal to be accepted by the grantor.
We also thank the Association ‘Zamojskie Voluntary Service Center’ for their joint efforts in our part of the work on the project proposal. If the proposal is accepted, this organization will be our local partner in the activities.
