The mission of the NGO "Atradimų Mandala" (The Mandala of Discoveries) is to initiate and implement innovative non-formal education activities that strengthen harmonious life skills and promote mindfulness. Through our work, we embody the concept of lifelong learning, believing that curiosity and personal growth have no age limits. Therefore, we design and implement projects for people of all ages, starting with youth and engaging older generations. By fostering a meaningful dialogue between generations, we connect diverse life experiences and create opportunities for mutual learning.

Aiming to integrate the most advanced European practices, we expand international cooperation and organize cross-cultural exchanges. In our workshops, we successfully apply the CLIL methodology, which harmoniously integrates foreign language learning with other subjects and practical activities. In doing so, we encourage a broader understanding of the world and open new spaces for intercultural dialogue. We ensure that every participant has the opportunity to experience personal growth in a safe, creative, and supportive environment. By combining knowledge, community spirit, and inner harmony, we create a vibrant space where the curiosity and wisdom of all generations meet.
