HEUREKA GENERATOR AT THE HUMAN LIBRARIES FORUM IN WROCŁAW

On November 22-24, 2019, the 2nd Human Libraries Forum took place in Wrocław. During it, the organizers of Human Libraries discussed how to implement the method in schools and how to cooperate with business. The activities of the Human Library Poland network were also planned.

The HEureka Generator Association was represented by the chairperson of our organization, Andrzej Smyk, and a member of the board, Karolina Szczepanik.

Our participation in the forum significantly expanded our plans to organize Human Libraries in 2020. We joined the initiative to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first Human Library, which took place in 2000 in Denmark. Initially, the network plans to organize 20 Human Libraries on the same day for the 20th anniversary of the Human Library.

We also had the opportunity to establish many new, valuable contacts with very active Polish organizations.

We would like to thank the organizers and all participants for the time spent together and all acquired experiences.
