During our youth exchange, participants aged 13–15 took on the role of facilitators, organizing and delivering activities for our international group. It was a space where making mistakes was welcome, as every “oops” was a step toward “wow.” The meeting in Poland was a safe place for experimenting, building self-confidence, and gaining practical experience in action. We gave participants the opportunity to share their talents and ideas with others, and we supported them in acquiring as many useful life skills as possible.
