Adana Development and Youth Association is a youth-led organisation focused on leadership, personal development, creativity, theatre, non-formal education, and sports, using participatory and learner-centred approaches. It actively engages in local youth networks, strengthening cooperation with public institutions and civil society at both local and national levels.

The organisation places a strong emphasis on inclusion, particularly supporting young people from migrant and disadvantaged backgrounds through community-based activities. Its work includes sports initiatives, creative workshops, and media projects such as short films, enabling young people to express themselves and build key competences.

It also uses arts and media as tools for youth work, organising film screenings, festivals, and communication-focused activities like speaking clubs. In addition, it has solid experience in designing and implementing EU-funded projects, including Erasmus+ Youth and Sport actions, and delivers training in project development and management.
