To effectively manage ourselves in time, we need to focus on ourselves, follow a well-defined, flexible schedule, and exercise self-discipline. It is not easy. We often spend too much or too little time on various activities. We also often perform certain activities at the wrong time.
The idea for our youth exchange was created for those young people who have a problem with time management and would like to change it.

Young people from the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Latvia, Poland, Romania and Hungary first jointly developed the idea of exchanging experiences in the field of time management, and then worked on the preparation of a joint meeting in Poland. It was important here for each participant to give something from him/herself in frames of the topic discussed and share their ideas.
We also prepared a plan to share conclusions from our workshops with other young people so that as many people as possible could benefit from it.

The youth exchange preceded by a Advanced Planning Visit took place on August 29 - September 6, 2019 in Zwierzyniec near Zamość.

The activities were carried out from April 15 to September 14, 2019.

Thanks to the partnership cooperation of the HEureka Generator association with schools in our region, we had a chance to meet students of five classes at C.K. Norwid Secondary School in Krasnystaw. Our participants, divided into small international groups, talked for 45 minutes about what the international youth exchange is, what opportunities the European Erasmus+ program offers and how to effectively deal with time management.

After visiting the school, we went to Zamość. Here, the task of our group was to interact with the inhabitants on the streets and give them leaflets that contained information about our project. We also gave interviews to local media, which definitely contributed to increasing the visibility of our project. It was important for us that the local community of the Zamojskie region could see how effectively young representatives of various European countries work together.

The participants also had time to visit Zamość Old Town, met the Bastion Foundation and took part in a historical show. Everyone liked the opportunity to actively learn about the history of our city.

Throughout the time of our meeting in Poland, we also filled out our project blog, which is now a diary of everything that happened during the youth exchange.

After the end of the activities in Zwierzyniec, till the end of September, dissamination the results of the project was carried out simultaneously in six countries. These included presentations at schools and universities. Participants also gave interviews to the media in their local communities.

We invite you to check the video materials documenting all activities within the project and to visit our blog.
