On January 20-21, teachers of the C. K. Norwid Secondary School in Krasnystaw, participated in educational workshops that took place in the educational center in Motycz Leśny near Lublin.

The workshops were organized by the HEureka Generator association as part of partnership cooperation between both entities.

During the meeting, teachers of the Krasnystaw school learned useful team building techniques, were familiarized with the possibilities of using debating workshops and debates themselves in work with young people, and took part in juggling workshops combined with a theoretical explanation of the benefits of juggling in improving concentration of school-age youth.

The training was conducted by the chairperson of the HEureka Generator association - non-formal education trainer, Andrzej Smyk, and member of the association, trainer Katarzyna Kurowska.

The participants of the meeting were also acquainted with the current activities of the organization and the results of our projects. On this basis, we discussed the possibilities of engaging students of Norwid Secondary School into further joint activities.

Thanks to the joint meeting, we had the opportunity to get to know each other better, which positively influenced the deepening of trust and good quality communication in our partnership.
