The international 'Progress Generators' seminar was our first international project under the European Erasmus+ program. It was a necessary activity for us at the beginning of our existance because it focused on the development of newly established NGOs. Some of the involved organizations had already few years of experience, and some, just like us, have been operating for a short time.

There are many publications that explain how to develop your activities step by step so that the organization grows in strength and extends its offer. However, live meeting and sharing experiences are, in our opinion, just as important. They allow you to gain knowledge, about non-standard situations and learn about good practices, which you can later treat as a pattern.

During the seminar, we also went to Zamość, where a study visit took place. We met at the Salvete Association, where non-governmental organizations from Zamość presented to our guests how they work on the topics discussed at the seminar. We compared our local experiences with other countries of the European Union.

Project partner organizations worked together and exchanged experiences from 5 to 9 December 2017. We can honestly say that the results of this project influence the quality of our activities to this day.

We invite you to check project publication and video materials which present all our actions connected to 'Progress Generators' seminar.
