Popularizing reading is done by the Municipal Public Library in Lubartów and its branches in Trzciniec, Lisów, Nowodwór, Rokitno and Skrobów, as well as 9 library points.

Each library facility is embedded in the realities of the environment in which it operates. We have constant contact with users and have an offer addressed to potential readers and users aimed at raising the level of knowledge and cultural development of our cmmunity.

Information and bibliographic activity is carried out on the basis of own workshops: information publications, catalogs, files, press and community chronicles. Library users can obtain required information on site or by phone. Libraries focus especially on working with children and youth.
